4.2. Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable once the service has been used (e.g., audio has been transcribed). However, if you have not used the service after payment, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at hello@podttr.com.

5.1. You retain all rights to your original content submitted to our platform (e.g., uploaded audio files).

5.2. By using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

5.3. Content generated using our platform (e.g., transcripts, summaries, mind maps) may be used for personal or commercial purposes by the user who created them.

5.4. You are solely responsible for ensuring that content you upload does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
